19. KYIV UPDATE: Maksym Yali on life in Mariupol in Russia-controlled areas and possibility of civilian evacuation from Azovstal

Maksym Yali, regular guest and Professor of International Relations at the National Aviation University in Kyiv, discusses civilan life in Russian-controlled areas of Mariupol. Maksym also notes reasons a civilian evacuation from Azovstal may take place soon. A few hours after we recorded this epsiode on 1 May - the first civilian evacuations from Azovstal took place.
